But my spoken English is so poor. These two days, one of the suppliers comes to our company to do the technical support for us . he is from Korea who can not speak Chinese but English and isn't accompanied  by the translator. As my  colleague and I are in charge of this project, we have to comunicate with him directly.  I have never speaked English a lot before, because other supplier or client willl come with their translator. we needn't speak English too much with them. but this time, I really find that my oral English is so bad.
Spoken English need improving!
My firends. Can you tell me what your method is to train your spoken English?

though my spoken english is very bad too, i think the most effective method to improve it is to practice it more in daily life.most of us fail to speak a smooth english for we have seldom chance to put it into our real life,that's the obstacle we have to overcome first.

my left hand was badly injured in a football match last weekend.
so bad!
I went to see a doctor and now still feel not good...
however, i won't miss tomorrow's match,
it is a friendly game against GDOU schoolmates...
not so intensive, i can handle it.
