I can not get along well with the Chinese boss.

Therefore, I left the company...

I have got an offfer from Midea, the home appliances giant. But such business sector is not in ShunDe, its

location is in ZhongShan.

Because it is far away from GuangZhou, so I am considering about whether to join it or not.

Maybe it is a dream for some fresh students to join such a big company.

I was told by the general manager of the overseas marketing company of Midea environment business sector,

that while recruitment, they never ever have a look at any resume from students without experience whose

university is not in 211 project.

As our university is not in such project, so, it is not easy for us to join Midea at the time of graduation.

As for your career, I still insist that you should be more confident,

your English is really great, and you can learn some more other language.

Don't wait for the spring festival, the Southern Talent Market in Tianhe is always opening.

you can go there every Saturday, every Wednesday.

Don't just participate in the talent market special for fresh student.

The competition is too fierce.

Maybe students are from much more famous university than you.

Though you have to be not afraid of them, you d better participate in some talent market which is not special for

fresh students.  I mean every Satarday, every Wednesday, held in Southern Talent market.

Also you can post your resume through Internet.

Internet is a good tool.

And as a common idea perceived by most of my classmates,

 jobs hunted through Internet is much better than in talent market.

i really thank you for your sincere opinion including any suggestions you may have for me .

And i always welcome your any advice to me .

As usual ,i also hunt for a job through Internet besides attending some recruitments .But it seems that no company would like to hire me at present.Hehehe.....so ,to some extent ,i am really disappointed by this although i also realize that it is not easy  for a fresh graduate to find a good job.

However, i wont give up so easily as i am going to graduate ,there will be a long way for me to go.

Therefore, i cant be defeated by it.

As most of my friends have confidence on me , i will try  my best to do it.

As you said just now, i will go to join the Southern Talent Market in Tianhe after i go back to GZ, because my home is not far from Tianhe, which is also in the Tianhe district. In fact , i never join that Talent Market.^_^

As for your present offer, i wonder why you have a hesitation of whether to join or not if i can, just because it is far away from GZ?^_^

In fact, with your experience , i am sure you will find a suitable job.

I am in Guangzhou now, working in a state-owned company, oh, not exactly, it is a

collective company.

I just left Shenzhen yesterday, i left the company all of a sudden, just 5 days after I

joined it...

In moral extent, my leaving hurts the japanese company, and hurts the talent company who recommended me to the Japanese company...

I feel deeply sorry about it...and I also apologized for it.

But I have no choice, I have to support my family, so I can not refuse a job

with better salary and better welfare, and comparatively lower cost of living.

The most painful thing is: I hurt my friend, he is in the talent company specializing in recommending talent to Japanese company.

He feel sick of me...for my leaving the company in such a short time.

However, it is the first day today for me to go to work in this company in Guangzhou,

Several days ago, I also found a job in Yuexiu District, which take an hour more or less for me to get to the company. It is a private company ,with a low salary in the "testing period(试用期)".

Now i have to accept this job as i dont want to take more time to go on hunting  for a job. It is too tired...And i begin to feel tired of it...No matter what the salary is, in my own opinion, at present i just want to earn some working experience during i work in it.

But i still dont know what i really want to engage in ? And i still doubt myself ...which depress me!

Maybe next time we can find a place to have a talk ...as you r in GZ....

If you could find a job in a foreign company, that would be better. You still have time,

As for me,

our company is located in East Dongfeng Road, in YueXiu district.

you may have some misunderstandings on my last post...

I enjoy working in the Japanese company,

the boss is quite great... he showed his patience on teaching me.

and he is really a good boss...

But in Shenzhen, my salary is just 4K at the beginning,

it is quite low in Shenzhen, the living cost in Shenzhen is quit high.

And I also got an offer in the state-owned company in Guangzhou,

Compared with the salary and the welfare package, there is a big difference.

That's the main reason I quit the job.

I feel so sorry to the Japanese company.

And I did apologize to it.

Also I feel very sorry to the talent hunting company...

They recommend me to the Japanese company.

If I stay in the Japanese company, I may have a better future,

but at the moment, I choose the company in Guangzhou for better salary and lower

living cost.

The job is very cozy, maybe i am a lazy guy,

I am not ambitious enough!

Anyway, I will settle down in the company for a long time since everything goes well.
